Good to know…

• People 5 years old and younger are considered infants. People older than 5 and younger than 16 are considered children
• We provide linen and towels
• Snacks: bring your own cold food/snacks. Fridge provided in social area
• As part of our policy to encourage local opportunity, we have no cooking facilities for guests
• Meals: there are no restaurants within walking distance which is why we are so committed to serving great food. We have no menu; meals are prepared and served family style. Consider our Meal Plan when you reserve: all your meals for only $25 pp/day. Meals can also be requested separately. Cooks need to know by 3 pm if you want dinner. Our cooks will adapt to your dietary restrictions.
• Beverage: we have a bar in the social area but you can also bring your own beverage. There is a $4 corking fee in the social area and no corking fee if you drink in your room. Request ice for $1 per bowl. There is free, fresh coffee and bottled water all the time

Payment Policy

• No deposit is required when you reserve. But during our busy periods we may send you a request for a $50 deposit per room.
• For cash payments we waive credit card fees for a 5% reduction on your bill.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel 7 days in advance for a 100% refund if you have made a deposit. 0% refund for cancellations 6 days or less.
• Your satisfaction is assured. As our reviews show, Tubagua is a popular place. But if  you’d rather not stay, don’t be shy; just tell us within 18 hours of checking in and we will refund any unused portion of your paid reservation and happily do our best to help you find another place to stay.
