We have changed our deposit procedure. If we decide that we need a deposit we will process it ourselves, by charging your credit card on file. We will get in touch if for some reason the charge is declined. You need do nothing at this time

Why do we request a deposit?
Did you know that some people make multiple reservations then decide last minute where they are going to stay, and they don’t bother cancelling the unused reservations. This leaves us with unsold rooms, and we only have seven rooms. So if we approach a busy period, we might decide to request a modest $50 deposit on account per room, which will assure us that you plan to come.

Reservations are refundable if cancelled with two weeks’ notice
